London Triathlon 2-Day Pitch
Branding Concept & Pitch - Limelight Sport Agency
To come up with a new visual identity, logo and pitch for London Triathlon in 2 days as a test project.
I created a concept based on an isosceles triangle, with each side a different length to represent the varied lengths of the swimming (1.5km), running (10km), and cycling (40km). I then designed a set of logos and a colour scheme, followed by website scamps that extended the branding. I also used 3D modelling and motion graphics to make the elements of the brand fluid and dynamic.
My wider plan for the brand would be to explore the 3 shapes (a short yellow, a longer red and a long blue) as fully fluid elements, weaving throughout the brand's graphics. They could be used within marketing footage, or large scale versions of the shapes could be erected as installations at the starting or finishing lines, for example.
